Healing Hearts Connection offers supportive, peer-based grief programs for families and individuals who’ve lost a loved one. Their Hearts of Hope Family Grief Camps and other events help people of all ages process loss in a caring, community-focused environment. Since 2001, their mission has been to bring hope and healing through connection, not to replace therapy, but to walk beside those grieving.
