Allina Health offers free grief support groups open to anyone in the community who is mourning the death of a loved one. For individuals connected with Allina’s hospice services, additional individual counseling, referrals, educational materials, and community support are available for up to 13 months after a loss.  

Programs include specialized groups for spouse or partner loss and young adult partner loss, providing a safe, understanding space to share experiences and find healing together.
