Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners helps local families meet basic needs like food, housing, clothing, jobs, and financial support. Their mission is to create a welcoming, supportive community where everyone can thrive.
IOCP serves households in Plymouth (west of 494), Hamel, Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono and Wayzata, and also includes Element Apartments east of 494 and several neighborhoods south of Medicine Lake: Stone Creek Apartments/Arrive at Medicine Lake, Willow Wood Estates, Sun Valley Mobile Home Park, and AMC Property – South Shore Apartments.
Food is available to any guest who makes an appointment for our food shelf.
